At second roundabout (in Trim,) turn right on R154... signed 'Athboy', 12k.

At T-junction in Athboy turn left ... signed 'Mullingar, Delvin'.

Head all the way straight down through the town to large green road sign indicating 'Delvin, Mullingar'.

Immediately on the right is a small red-brick estate,

Turn right into estate.

Follow the road ahead all the way around a large green area.

Park in the cul-de-sac...you are at No 17.
